教你做千层油饼

今天本事来了,烙了个大草帽饼,是老公儿子的最爱.在外边吃饭必点,也有叫"手抓饼"的,俺就总结成手抓草帽饼,先来个成品.是俺无数次流连烧饼摊前偷师的成果哦~

手抓了一下,很轻松的分出来无数层,呵呵,成功

和的半烫面,下次准备改成全死面,可以稍微软一点,醒面30min

秘密武器来了,热油倒入面粉中,成油面酥

油面酥和盐(根据个人口味重谈)均匀的抹在面饼上,我的案板不够大,所以半截半截做的
