10月23日农历九月初九重阳节，牵善缘书画院陈洪院长应邀参加的由美国养老集团与纽约多个社团体，商业公司等联合举办的“重阳敬老节-首届纽约华人金婚大典”。并为19对老夫妻送上祝福。
北京牵善缘书画院院长中华鱼神陈洪先生圆满结束重阳敬老---首届纽约华人金婚大典的赞助活动， 正要启程回国之际， 恰逢纽约百年不遇的飓风灾害， 亲身感受了飓风给当地民众带来的巨大损失， 毅然决定捐赠自己的书画作品支持联合国人道救济和美国桑迪飓风救助活动。
义展期间，联合国副秘书长南威哲先生为其题词：“中华鱼神进联国，平和世界牵善缘。”
陈洪，湖南邵阳滩头人。著名画家，铁道兵出身，毕业于中央民族学院美术系。中国十大注册品牌人物、爱心大使和谐使者。现任中国书画家协会理事，中国版画家协会会员、北京人间远景文化交流有限公司艺术总监、和谐中国书画院执行院长。
中华鱼神陈洪作品先后在中国美术馆、中国历史博物馆、中国军事博物馆、民族文化宮展出，并先后获得中宣部，文化部、铁道部等部门颁发的大奖。作品在《人民日报》、《工人日报》、《美术杂志》、《世界慈善家杂志》、《中外新闻》、和谐中国网、学习型中国网、中央电视台、凤凰电视台、河北电视台等多家媒体报道。中华魚神陳洪早年以版画创作为主，近年多以国画出面，尤擅画魚。业界也常有 “鱼王”、“鱼仙”之尊称。
